Job Title: Full-Time Clinical Supervisor
Location: Chicago, IL (Remote flexibility)
Pay: $60.00-70.00 per hour
Hours: 10 clinical supervision hours, 15 billed client hours, and 7 administrative hours per week

Position Summary
The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for providing quality clinical supervision to staff, oversight of documentation, providing direct client therapy, and supporting community relationships from a framework that is in alignment with the mission and vision of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Supervision & Consultation- Provide consistent, structured supervision that supports both clinical skill and clinician sustainability.
Provide a minimum of 1 hour per week of supervision per provisionally licensed clinicians up to 10 hours per week
Provide a minimum of 1 hour per every other week of supervision per licensed clinician up to 3 hours per week
Attend and co-facilitate bi-weekly group consultation sessions up to 3 hours bi weekly
Be available for clinical questions and debrief with owner once a week and between supervision sessions when needed
Support case conceptualization, ethical decision making, and scope of practice
Aid clinician in building strength in self care practices, pacing, sustainability
Provide clear guidance around clinical duties and expectations within group practice settings
Documentation and Chart Compliance- Uphold quality and integrity standards of the clinical and practice documentation
Ensure supervisees maintain accurate charts and timely documentation
Maintain documentation of supervision, corrective action conversations, metrics, and other conversations/meetings with supervisees
Identify documentation patterns and skill gaps early and provide corrective feedback
Help to support a filing system of employee records
Maintain A Client Caseload-Stay connected to the direct client work
Carry an ongoing caseload of 15 billed client hours per week
Maintain strong clinical boundaries, ethical care, and documentation in alignment with the practice mission and value
Clinical Support In Complex Situations-With the owner, co-create a study clinical presence when high stress situations arise
Consult on crisis situations, including safety planning, risk assessments, mandated reporting, and escalation pathways
Support clinicians in navigating high stress or high conflict dynamics
Practice Culture and Leadership Presence-Help shape the culture of the practice
Model MKC&W culture through grounded presence and clinical integrity
Hold accountability with empathy and direct, honest communication
Provide specific constructive feedback and evaluation that supports growth
Identify gaps in learning, skills, and processes in effort to improve client and therapist experience
Lead with collaboration, humility, and curiosity
Approach difficult conversations with relational, anti-oppressive, trauma informed skills
Be open to feedback and have a willingness to adjust/pivot when needed
Community and Referral Partnership-support the practice’s longevity by connecting with the wider community of care
Attend networking events and participate in networking activities at least twice a month
Attend speaking engagements, trainings, and other community meetings on behalf of the practice
Be open to facilitating speaking engagements and trainings on behalf of the practice
Support the owner in maintaining resources, referrals, and partnership relationships
Other duties as assigned

Job Title: Full-Time Therapist

Pay: $50.00+per hour per year depending on license and experience

The Full-Time Couples Therapist will be responsible for providing quality clinical services to clients from a framework that is in alignment with the mission and vision of the practice. This position will be responsible for assessments, diagnosing, treatment planning, and timely documentation. This position is also expected to participate in monthly networking events, bi-weekly group supervision, weekly individual supervision, and required practice trainings.
Key Responsibilities
Providing clinical services to 22-25 clients per week.
Maintain accurate and timely client records and notes within the EHR system
Attending required clinical training, bi-weekly group consultation, and weekly supervision
Participating in networking events twice a month to build your caseload
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Masters in psychology, counseling or social work
1-2 years of prior clinical experience
Training in somatic modality such as EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, IFS, NARM, HAKOMI
Training in Gottman, AASECT, RLT
Experience working with non monogamous relationship dynamics
Experience working with Kink relationship dynamics and Sex related issues
Experience working with LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC populationsStrong understanding of Slack, Google, and Simple Practice.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Comfort working independently with minimal supervision.
Commitment to confidentiality, equity, and a trauma-informed approach.

The practice values a space where BIPOC women (including non-binary and gender non-conforming individuals) are able to have honest and authentic conversations about their challenges and successes within the field without fear of retribution, psychological harm, or microaggressions that come from dominant or male identities that may seek to diminish or dismiss these lived experiences.

The practice uses SimplePractice for all EHR management. Clinicians can expect to be supported with any and all billing and administrative needs.
There is a dedicated specialist to handle insurance verification, adjustments to copays/deductibles, claim submission, denials, and disputes. In addition to a record distributed to each clinician of all paid, outstanding, and denied claims monthly.

All clinical support is based on the clinicians needs and preferences. This may include weekly admin check in’s, and weekly/bi-weekly/monthly consultation.

Each clinician will receive support in applying to be credentialed with BCBS, Aetna, Magellan, United Behavioral Health, and Cigna to ensure the process is smooth with the least amount of delay.
